How to get a great black background shot with almost any professional cameras.
It's not that hard to make a black background, a kid can shot this photo. It's all about controlling the shutter speed option, why?
Well first let me teach you a quick lesson on why we need shutter speed on our camera. It has two main reasons:
1- It controls how the light enters.
2- It can take a perfect and clear shot of moving objects.
For this effect we are going to open the shutter speed not because the object is moving, it's because we are going to make the background black. ( When you open shutter the quantity of light that enters to the picture decreases, and when you close it the quantity of light well increase. )
Well lets get started!
First you need to turn on your camera (DUHH), then open shutter speed ( I recommend you to put it to 1/500), it will look more professional. I told you it's so easy a kid can do it.
NOTE: If you're not happy with your photo you can also open aperture (it controls the depth of field ).
